Conductive Carbon Powder Up to 2       Increases thermal and electrical conductivity. Increases resistance to UV light
Carbon fiber Milled fiber Up to 30   Bronze, graphite, MoS2, carbon and organic polymers   Increases thermal and electrical conductivity. Good dry running properties. Resistant to hydrofluoric acid and strong bases (Except oxidizing enviroments).
Graphite Powder Up to 25   Glass, bronze, carbon fiber, PPS, PPSO2 and carbon   Low coeff. of friction. Chemically inert. Increases wear resistance against soft metals
Bronze Powder Up to 60   Carbon, graphite, glass fiber, calcium silicate, carbon fiber and MoS2.   Increases thermal conductivity. Reduces cold flow.
Stainless steel Powder Up to 60       Resistant to most chemicals (Food staff applications). Reduces cold flow. Increases thermal conductivity.
Molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) Powder Up to 5   Glass, carbon, graphite, PPS, PPSO2 and bronze.   Improves sliding properties. Inert towards most chemical (Reacts with oxidizing acids). Sensitive to thermal treatment.
Alumina, calcium fluoride and borum nitride. Powder Up to 25       Excellent electrical and thermal insulator. Can replace glass where glass is attached by chemicals.
Polymers Powder Up to 20   Inorganic fillers   Not abrasive for soft matching surfaces (PI not suitable for use in alkaline or oxidizing acid solutions)
Pigments Powder All inorganics and organics fillers       For coloring (Identification)
             

As in case of virgin, modified & porous PTFE grades all above listed compounds are available in a wide variety of powder morphology that can cover the traditional PTFE transforming technology or even tailored made grades for specific purposes (Not free-flow grades for compression moulding, low- medium-high flow grades for compression, automatic & isostatic moulding, semi & totally pre-sintered grades)
